We have prepared and delivered several training and development projects for one of our large clients in the pharmaceutical industry. We highlight the creation of a customized training program on attitudes and emotional intelligence aimed at their top sales teams. New techniques such as gamification and interactive actors’ participation were introduced.
The main objective was to improve their professional skills, develop effective sales processes, as well as to generate cohesion and create a sense of belonging with the company. Special focus was given on influencing techniques and how to communicate to create impact.
Due to the success of this program and the number of delegates (over 200 people), this program was expanded to other divisions, focusing on interpersonal leadership and “impact communications”. The result was the transformation of the traditional salesperson into a consulting advisor, developing tangible tools and techniques to generate a true impact on doctors.
