Thomas Marin


Passionate about developing and growing people and consequently achieving great results. He stands out for his analytical ability, enthusiasm and especially creativity in the pursuit for new solutions, more efficient patterns and successful models.

Thomas has a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the TUM (Technische Universität München) and an MBA-06 from IESE Business School. He has worked for three years in the automotive industry and has more than 12 years of experience in retail. As a manager, he has led projects focused on costumer experience and digital transformation.

Currently, he is a partner of BCG, where he brings his knowledge in business planning, team leadership, change management, digital transformation, retail, fashion and luxury.
